San Giovanni Vecchio is in the heart of the hills of the Trapani countryside, in western Sicily, 3 Km from the town of Calatafimi and strategically located near several centres of cultural and natural interest.
The land
is partly dedicated to the cultivation of fruits such as citrus, olives, figs, prickly pears, plums, persimmons, medlars and many more as well as roses and tropical plants. The rest of the four hectares are left untouched: olive and almond trees growing on the rolling gypsum rock that emerge from the sloping ground.
The farmhouse
has been in the family for generations and recently lovingly restored stone by stone. It is arranged over two floors and sleeps 10 people.
the pool house
is separate annex that sleeps 2 people.
The swimming pool
can be seen from the house and stands at a distance of about 30 meters from the farmhouse.
